Meet the Negotiations Team

UUP President William Scheuerman is constitutionally responsible for the union’s collective bargaining.

UUP Vice President for Academics Phillip Smith, a professor of cell and developmental biology at Upstate Medical, is serving his first stint as chief negotiator.

Lorna Arrington, associate professor, EOC instruction, SUNY Buffalo, is a three-time team member.

Gregory Auleta, assistant director, Office of Learning Services, Oswego, is a first-timer.

Caroline Bailey, senior staff assistant, landscape architecture, ESF, is serving her fourth stint on a Negotiations Team.

Kelly Brennan, associate professor, psychology, Brockport, is a first-timer.

Raymond Dannenhoffer, university instructional specialist, anatomical sciences, Buffalo HSC, is also a first-timer.

Jean Dickson, associate librarian, SUNY Buffalo, is serving on her second team.

Frederick Floss, professor, economics and finance, Buffalo State, is a first-timer.

Barbara Habenstreit, project director, preventive medicine, Brooklyn HSC, is a two-time team member.

Barbara Hillery, assistant professor, chemistry/physics, Old Westbury, is a first-time team member.

Kenneth Kallio, associate professor, psychology, Geneseo, is a second-timer.

Weston Kennison, lecturer, English, Geneseo, is serving on his first team.

Albert Mihalek, executive assistant to the the dean of arts/science, Plattsburgh, is a first-time team member.

Edward Quinn, assistant to the chair, theater arts, Stony Brook, is a first-timer.

Robert Rees, professor, electrical engineering technology, Alfred, is a first-time team member.

Michael Silverberg, associate professor, medical informatics, Stony Brook HSC, is serving on his fourth team.
