WTC memorial scholarship proposed

A World Trade Center Memorial Scholarship would provide free tuition at SUNY and CUNY for children and spouses of victims and people seriously injured in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks or recovery efforts.

The SUNY Board of Trustees approved a resolution to implement the governor’s proposal.
